「All of the above! The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am so glad that we didn’t stay at one of the bigger named hotels. I am handicapped and was very concerned about not having an elevator. The staff helped with our belongings. I am looking forward to going back in warmer weather. Fairplay is such a nice town. 」

「We stayed at the Bailey Lodge in late-Nov./early-Dec. to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a lovely experience! It was close to local attractions (the Sasquatch museum was so fun and we LOVED Aspen Peak Cellars) which made our lives incredibly easy. The room was clean, but quite cold, especially the bathroom—thankfully, our room had an additional bedroom with lots of extra blankets, which came in handy. 「Overpriced the breakfast is nothing to boast about muffins cereal and yogurt not much more coffee is terrible.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「We enjoyed an overnight stay here during two ski days at Loveland. The property was well managed and maintained. The condo had a washer/dryer, fireplace, dining table, fully stocked kitchen, two baths, pull out couch and one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub after skiing. The kids enjoyed the rec room and made friends with other vacationers. Carry out options nearby for food were excellent. We enjoyed playing games in the living room and dining in for meals....

「We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.」

「Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. 」
