"This was our second stay here and it was as good as the first. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really like the location too. It's walking distance to both Hancock and Houghton, river front walks and trails."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive, they were actually at the front desk and not tucked away in a back office. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and sauna area was well maintained. WiFi was nice to have as we did not have the best cell coverage in the area. If I were to have a complaint the beds are a little firm for our liking."

"I've never used a virtual check in, it went smoothly. Rooms were clean but nothing super nice; we didn't expect that though. Comfortable beds and pillows Water didn't get as hot as I would have liked. Would stay here again though "
