「Very clean recently renovated lots of thoughtful touches. Kitchen stocked with useful utensils and cooking items. Very cheerful decor. Access to beach . Owner was warm and engaging. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience. Also great location to Porcupine State Park. Town was a short drive with several options to eat, groceries etc.」

「The Inn was nicely clean and reasonably priced, albeit it is a bit tired. For example, the room had a very comfortable desk chair, which we took advantage of, yet the surface of the upholstery was badly worn. The caulk in the bathroom needed some work, but the bathroom was sparkling clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The winner of the Baraga Lakeside Inn was, surprisingly, (to me), the restaurant, where I enjoyed one of the best lake trout dinners that I've ever eaten. The sweet waitress,...

「Very spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location in center of village. Hotel appears to have been redecorated in the not too distant past. Although the website says no pets, the front desk told us that if we call them in advance and ask, they apparently have four rooms designated as "pet friendly". Good to know, because the last time we stayed there, many years ago, we stayed with our small dog.」
