It's just across the river from Houghton. Old downtown area but with some restaurants and businesses. Hotel has a little parking area, otherwise street parking. Some of parking is covered.

The Houghton/Hancock area is a very unique college town. We were quite surprised to find how friendly and helpful everyone was to us..
"It's exactly what you would expect: a standard, average hotel with the standard, average breakfast options and standard, average rooms. It's exactly what we were looking for as a place to stay and rest at night while visiting family friends during the day. It's nice to be next to the bridge, too."
