「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「It's not clear that the kitchen is shared, in the advertising. A kettle in the room would be a basic improvement, instead of a journey downstairs. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Soap dispensers are broken, for example. However, staff were helpful and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the house being on the ring road. The location was OK for a 15 min walk to food ETC」

The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

「I think when we book the hotel it should be mentioned that there is no Air conditioning in room very disappointing in the peak hot days without AC」

「The property was fantastic the only thing it missed was a fan or air conditioning but then again we live in England where its usually cold and wet so I shouldn't expect there to be any of those things. The only other issue was with sykes cottages themselves, the listing says pay at the property but sykes cottages took the money instantly and then was extremely unhelpful as were hotels.com in my opinion I would bypass both of these and book direct with dovestone holiday park」
