「The property was dirty in almost every respect: stains on the carpet and couch in the room, stains and rips in the towels, the shower sutras. Looked like it had mold on the bottom, never replaced the Kleenex, an item that was not trash was mistaken for trash and taken, the elevator flooring was ripped, the elevator sound like it may fail at any moment, ripped paint on the mirror, poor lighting in the bathroom, the pool area had trash and cigarette butts, and the pool is very cold - not heated as...

「When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. 」

「I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy.
