「Long travel day with 3 kids. Arrived late. Booked on Expedia and messaged property ahead to let them know of arrival time. Front desk staff was horrendous and VERY put out by having to check me in (despite it being a 5 minute process). Reluctant to answer questions about breakfast and gym. Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Tub had no plug and bathroom fan likely has mold. 「The front desk staff that checked us in the night we arrive was grumpy and rude. Tried to give her grace since who knows what happened prior. We got to our room to find the AC broken. It just blew hot air so when I went to the front to ask to switch rooms she was even more rude than before and put us in the room next door. So we switched rooms to find the sheets stained.
