「Clean room, location, professional and helpful staffs.」

「I did not like anything. The staff was rude, the rooms smelled like mildew. The staff kept trying to convince me that a hot dog was a chicken sausage. Buyer beware do not waste your money on this horrible hotel. They are totally disrespectful!」

「Service very good」

「Excellent!!! I would visit Ziba Resort again in a heart beat. Neat and very friendly staff who are ready to help. We loved our stay so much we wanted to extend, unfortunately they were fully booked. Don’t think twice. Book now and enjoy.」

「Ottima posizione」

「Room was great, super clean and all the amenities. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options. Staff were kind and helpful. It is a very busy hotel so it took a while to check in. There was a musty, unpleasant mildew smell in the hallway which only seemed to get worse when they vacuumed the carpeting. There was an issue with my reservation for the second night and they were so good about resolving it.」

「Staff are friendly and helpful.」

「The staff was very accommodating and responded to our needs. Breakfast was good.」

「Nice manager, Mr. Patrick. 👍」
