「Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones that were very poor, cutting out all the time and sound quality terrible. Screens also need an update. 」

「Firstly, my check in time was 12pm in the afternoon I got there around 6pm and yet I was told that my room is no more available, the staff made me book a ride to another hotel costing me 8k , mind you he jumped inside the uber with me to the new hotel . After getting to the hotel he came back telling me we should go back to the hotel cos now he has available room .on getting back to the hotel I was left at the reception for over 45 min …. WIFI needs to be consistent snd the Server providing it, nerds to havr a'back-up' ehen regular WIFI fails as this is the only meams of communication and link to other digital services.」
