Ive written hotels.com for refund. i see that i have been addressed by someone else's name. Please correct that in your system. Otherwise the hotel was generally ok. But i was charged way way above the hotel rates as well. Please resolve this. Booking ref is 72072309167578. The card is in my name. And so also is the booking. Please look into this unique case」

「The Hotel is in very poor condition, no water pressure in the showers, towels they have used since they opened, restaurant area very poor (I never ate there) and the Wifi was not an acceptable standard for a business hotel. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. 」
