「After experiencing a complete nightmare at another local hotel, checking into the Hells Canyon Grand Hotel on June 27 was a breath of fresh air.The entire property was incredibly clean, spotless, and exceptionally well-kept. Thanks to the comfortable rooms and quiet atmosphere, we finally got a great night of sleep. Our only regret is that we didn't book all three nights of our trip here from the very beginning.If you are visiting Lewiston, do yourself a favor and book this hotel first!」

「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. 「Clean the staff were amazing. The breakfast is one of the best. Juan is there most mornings with a smile to greet. He made sure guests found everything. Such a great attitude. Everyone in the breakfast area are so busy and so nice, great attitudes. Front desk were helpful. I was there for multiple weeks. They regularly clean the hallways, floors. Great views. This is the best bargain in Lewiston. Whether with family or alone for work.」

「There was no amenities at all. Two person stay but only 1 towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for 2 people. The shower was very noisy with low water pressure. Had to stay bent over to shower. Not enough pillows to watch TV comfortably.」
