The room keys kept deactivating the hot tub never worked the pool was cold the breakfast wasn’t good either

I checked into my room and had to checkout within 30 minutes due to bed bugs!! The staff as well as Expedia were easy to work with for a refund.

Toilet was stopped and started running all night. Front desk person late night was a little bit rough around the edges. Asked for a credit card "in case we thrash the room." It was myself 59 and my 85 year old mother. Not sure what type of people they're accustomed to? Lobby and elevators dirty carpet etc. when I mentioned the toilet another guest was missing a shower curtain. Broadly a little scary. Pool photo 100% misleading.

Very unsafe area, it stunk driving in, like old urine. Got worse stepping out of the car and in the lobby. The manager was friendly and helpful. He helped cancel our reservation with no issues.

Had booked a room here and 3 weeks later, upon arriving, they didn’t have a room for us because their housekeeper didn’t show up. Major inconvenience.

Was told ground floor was available. My better half is disabled and they didn't care and put us on the 4th floor . There was one towl in the room they did bring more . There was a motorcycle parked on the handicap spot .

Our room very little light and light bulb missing out of the lamp hair in the bathroom as well as the pool was pretty dirty on the bottom which was part of the reason we were there for my sons birthday.

Work trip - very basic

I was here for a long term work trip that got canceled early. The staff was very helpful at helping get it canceled and refunded. Very old building, old amenities, old refrigerators and microwave in room. Affordable rate, you get what you pay for.
