「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. The restraunt they have has amazing food & a very good cook, the wait staff is very attentive & kind!!! We will be using The Grand Hotel from now on when we stay in Lewiston, Idaho.」
