"Walkable distance (10-15min) to the Natural Pool. Most of the staff were supportive but some were rude to guests who didn't speak French. Breakfast was okay, not many options. There is no restaurants, shops around the area, so make sure to bring your own meal if you don't want to dine at the same restaurant for a few days. "

"Hôtel Le Lagoon is located in a very convenient position close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It is clean and well presented. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the ´buffet breakfast’ we had paid for in our package was somewhat disappointing. Having stayed in various hotels in noumea ´buffet breakfast’ always includes a variety of hot options.
