「What a beautiful location! Snorkeling right off our steps on a beautiful coral reef. The abundant fish life and turtles were a highlight. The layout of the resort and its amenities are well thought out. Everything about our stay from pick up at Moselle Wharf to the drop off a week later was easy thanks to the staff and their organisation. Would highly recommend staying in the overwater bungalows.」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「Great location. Clean but a bit worn-out room. Comfortable large bed with good quality cotton white linen. Daily room service. Efficient air-conditioning when needed. Beautiful surrounding nature. Helpful staff. Restaurant right on the beach with great food.」

「Excellent location right on the beach with beautiful snorkelling spots. Beach chairs, kayaks and snorkelling equipment all available for free. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. In a two night stay...

「The location was great, right near bus stops, in between the bays, easy walk to restaurants and cafes and beaches. The apartments were very poorly maintained though, for example the door lock was practically falling off, a kitchen drawer did fall off, etc.」

Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「The Residence is an older style beachside stay. It has character, easy going but very secure. Close to the beach and away from the traffic. Self contained and with a quality supermarche in close walking distance. The bus stop is virtually outside the door but this area is fantastic for walking and - well - promenading!」
