「Staff」

「Was not impressed with the overall stay. Beds were hard, room smelled bad, and we did not eat breakfast because the lobby did not seem clean enough.」

「If you have a reserved reservation for this hotel I encourage you call ahead. We reserved months in advance with a confirmation. They overbooked rooms and gave ours away. We have a medically fragile child and was left reserving yet another room in Douglas Wyoming 51 minutes back tracking that had mold in it. Staff did nothing to rectify their mistake and shrugged their shoulders and said sorry we are sold out! We travel all over the United States and have never experienced such callous disregard...

「I had stayed at this hotel years ago and honestly it was in bad shape. The owners need to go through the rooms and update and repair items that are not working. It was not very clean. The luggage rack was broken and the only one I saw to use. The only plus in that hotel was the friendly and helpful staff!」

「The room was clean although we had to ask for towels the second night. Front desk guy was alone and overwhelmed. They couldn’t give me an invoice. They told my husband it was because it was booked through Expedia That has never been an issue before plus they charged Pet fees and I needed a copy of the invoice with the breakdown.」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」
