「It’s not a fault of the hotel but when we stayed there was a team of kids that were being disrespectful and hogging all of the pool and the hot tubs during our stay. They lasted from 4pm to 11pm. Leaving us with no option to use it that night.」

「Adequate, but a little disappointing for a Wyndham. Maytress should have been better. Not very quiet, between offramp, trains, and fellow travelers running their trucks for 20 minutes to warm up at 6 am...」

「Was disappointed that the spa wasn’t working」

「Pool closed signage said “Under Construction”. Our room was on fourth floor at rear of hotel. There is a bar located a block away “Oil City Brew” the music from this bar caused a vibration that caused the windows and floor to vibrate. This went on until midnight. HORRIBLE! The room seemed clean overall, stains in carpet. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. The lady working breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Staff was very friendly.」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」

「The biggest issue during our stay was that the property was unable to provide towels for two full days. As a result, I was unable to shower for the duration of the trip, and my children had to use wet hand towels and even their sweatshirts if they wanted to use the pool. There were no towels available anywhere in the complex, and no staff or housekeeping service was available to assist guests. Several guests were searching through the laundry room trying to find clean sheets or anything else...

「The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day.」
