「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「Upon check in staff were great and very friendly, we were even able to check in early. Room wasn't very clean unfortunately. There were dead ants all over the pillows and bed and bugs on the towels. Staff were made aware and I was told they would speak to the cleaners」
