「We got there before normal check in and had to wait as they inspected the room. They said it was ready but didn’t they didn’t discover most of the lights didn’t work, tge room clock didn’t work or the power outlets around the bed didn’t work. When I reported the problem they made us sit in the lobby for an hour to report they couldn’t fix it and had no other room nor even discount the price because of the inconvenience.
