「I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Bayview Hills Montenegro. From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner. 「Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great design features for restorative sleep. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent gym facilities. I didn’t get a chance to try the yoga or Pilates classes as the schedule didn’t fit with my daytime sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy choices. Food in general was excellent but sometimes small portions for the price, especially if you are on a high protein diet. Pool area is ok, but could do with more shade options or sun umbrellas...

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
