"Dear fellow travellers, I would like to recommend Casa Montenegro in Kotor. It has the best stunning view. "The apartment was amazing, I would recommend to anyone looking at going to Montenegro. It was 10 minutes from kotor & Tivat, and 30 minutes from Budva.
