"Loved being about a mile out of town away from construction and crowds. Being able to enjoy the free bkfast outside on the terrace was a treat, or having a nightcap outside. Particularly enjoyed the mellow playlist! The rooms would benefit from a fan as there’s no ac."

"Outstanding! Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is wonderful - perfect temperature and very clean. Best of all was the staff. "We loved our stay here for two nights, it was conveniently located walking distance to the town and they gave good dinner recommendations that they booked for us. Breakfast was lovely, staff were helpful and the hotel is brand new so everything is well maintained The decor and interior design is spot on and done extremely well! We stayed here for white water rafting Would definitely come back"

"Lovely rooms - really clean and the interior and decor was perfect and modern, loved the finished in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, definitely book in advance for dinner in the evenings as it gets very busy (for a good reason as the food was nice!). We did not book and whilst they kindly fit us in, it was a very long wait for food and drinks. Waiting staff were absolutely lovely but it does take a long time to get served at times, even during the day when it was quieter. Food was tasty though, authentic mountain Montegren options and the breakfast was outstanding, great range. Staff were very accommodating when we had food poisoning and had to stay an extra night, they were really excellent and understanding when we explained our circumstances and just wanted some simple food to order to the room - they were quick with that request. Location wise, it’s only 20 minute walk to Zagreb but it is on quite a busy road so views weren’t as gorgeous as other hotels but still only 20 minutes drive from Durmitor national Park and Blake Lake."

"The lodge is good for the price and in a nice setting although about half an hour from the main town. Listing shows two different rentals on the same photos which is a bit misleading, one is bigger than the other and has a double bed, the other is two singles and fairly cramped upstairs. As other people have said, the building could use some minor care and attention"

"The lodges are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is out of this world! There was nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the cool air looking at the mountain range, and at night enjoying a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset! The lodges are clean, cozy and have everything you will need! The host is very communative and happy to help with any questions that came up! It took us only about 10-15 minutes to drive into the town where there are many bars and restaurants! There is also a few supermarkets so we stocked up on what we needed to cook a lot of breakfast and dinners ourselves in the lodge, to allow us to have more time enjoying the beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend this accommodation and if we are ever back in the area will always return to this location!"
