"Toilet was not working upon check in. Reported to the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy to address the problem. After a while he told us it is fixed, however the problem still exists. Next morning toilet would not flush. We did enjoyed the hot tub and convenience to the airport for our early flight. "

"While the manager was very kind and helpful, I do need to share our experience. The check-in process was easy, but when we entered our first room, it was immediately obvious the bed had not been properly cleaned. There was grass and dirt all over the bed cover. I contacted the front desk, and they quickly moved us to another room without issue. Unfortunately, the second room was also not clean. There was a toenail on the floor between the beds, clumps of hair in the shower, and remnants of a used bar of soap left behind. At that point, I went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager again. She was apologetic, had me send over photos, and arranged for us to move rooms a third time. The third room was at least a little cleaner, but the bathroom sink leaked and the chair had a large white stain on it. While I truly appreciate how professional and accommodating the manager was throughout the situation, the overall cleanliness and condition of the rooms were unacceptable. Unfortunately, we will not be returning."

"Room was ok. Pretty dirty overall. Crumbs and debris all around the beds and on the bathroom floor. Beds were decent. Blinds were broken so it was bright in the room from the parking lot light all night. Lighting in the room is poor main light is right above the door and extremely dim. Only other lights in the room are lamps. "

"Clean room, Tv/Internet service is not great because it is a brick building that was built in the 1970’s so service cuts in and out."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was amazing for our family of 5. Very clean and quaint. The front desk staff was excellent."

"Can’t say enough nice things about this 2 night stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious and very thoughtfully appointed. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. They even offered free s’mores kits for the partially enclosed patio fire pit. The property was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It also overlooked the river. Oh I almost forgot the hot tub and pool!! Soaking in the outdoor hot tub was fabulous. The indoor heated pool was also great - with a large tv and even a movie screen & projector! Game room had air hockey, beanbags, & more. There was a walking stick and binoculars in the room to borrow! The owners truly care about spoiling their customers and it shows! My two small suggestions are to add a step stool to get into the tall bed and paint a noticeable color on the curb of the lobby patio. My friend tripped and fell bc the patio and parking lot are about the same color. Bummer."
