「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed bedroom, if a little noisy with passing traffic. Appreciated the security of garage space.」

「The room was large and well kept, the public areas were also spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is a few minutes walk from the cathedral and well situated. The restaurant food was great. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, we would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「It is difficult to find somewhere to eat as a lot of restaurants etc have closed down There is parking at the hotel on a first come basis after that parking around the hotel is very limited 」

「Room was clean but spartan. If you are only interested in a place to sleep it is great. We had the breakfast… slightly overpriced but very nice yogurt, coffee (hot chocolate) bread/ croissant with jam and delicious Normandie butter! Worth in in my book! 」

「Was not disappointed with this space. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Looks cheesy in the photos, but in reality looked so much better. Shower was amazing. Sky light in room. Very charming. Felt safe. Very walkable neighbourhood. We were on the top floor. Took a the smallest elevator up to the 3rd floor then had to walk up to the 4th floor where are room was. Again very charming. 」

「Located in the old walking district of Rouen. Many restaurants and free metropolitan museums are a short walk. The Joan of Arc immersive experience and the river are also close. Lots of churches as well.」
