「Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

「The check-in experience was extremely poor. We waited over an hour for the host to arrive with the key and were left standing outside under a tree during that time. Multiple phone calls were made, but the host showed a lack of accountability and did not offer any apology. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work upon arrival. We had to call several times before the issue was resolved, which turned out to be a dead battery in the remote. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and...
