"I paid for a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom at check-in. I received a complimentary drink while I was being checked in and I really needed that as I was exhausted. The staff was awesome, they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same daily, this needs to be improved on, they should have a wider selection. Overall, I had a good time."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "The staff at the venue made our holiday for us. My wife has a number of dietary requirements and the staff went out of their way to cater for her in all cases. Nothing was too much of a problem. It also helped that the room was stunning, as was the view and surroundings. It's a small hotel and if that's what you're looking for then it's perfect."

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. We’re already planning our return trip. "

(It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"
