"the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them"

"The view was fantastic from the property and breakfast was brilliant both for the contents and view from the dinning area. The staff were fantastic and were extremely helpful when we arrived at 9am, allowing us to have breakfast and checking into our room at 10am. They were great throughout our stay and provided first class information on the Grand Baie area that we needed. The location is one of the best that I have stayed in and we just had the best holiday because of the place we stayed in. We will be back as it was an unbelievable experience. "
