「Property is well located and very convenient to the French Lick Resort. The units are quite spacious and comfortable. However, they are quite dated and worn and could use updating. The kitchens and bathrooms in all 3 units we rented were very worn and the flooring needed replacing in one of our units. All the wood trim and furnishings were badly banged up. Beds were clean and comfortable. One bathroom even had carpet and the entire area around the jacuzzi was carpeted and musty smelling....

「I had maintenance issues that were not corrected. There were burned out light bulbs they never replaced while we were there. The room design was terrible!!! there were no drawers or any place to put your clothes. The room had to be designed by someone who never travels!!」

「Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!」

「We had no problem finding the property. It was less than a 10 minute drive into town. The house had everything needed for cooking. Toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, outdoor seating were all provided. I somehow missed when booking the house that we were bringing our small dogs and when I contacted the owner it was easily fixed. Everyone I was in contact with was pleasant to talk to. 「Heavy bleach smell I’m guessing from the indoor pool. Towels need to be upgraded. Overall stay for 3 days is a 6 out of 10.. would I stay there again?! Probably not. The air conditioning never really got the room cold until the early morning right before sun rise. I literally had a friend bring me a drum fan to get the room cool enough.」
