「The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing 」

「Our family spring break here was near prefect. Liked villa and French Lick hotel pools. Clean condo. Well stocked for cooking, laundry and relaxing in jacuzzi. One night out at Chicago Pizza was great and happy with bowling at FL Hotel. Did not like the steep walk from parking area and unloading supplies, etc. Kids favorites were at the activity center at FL Hotel. Cost for crafts and tye dye shirt making were reasonable with villa discount. Planning to return.」

「The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable! 」

「We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.」

「Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!」

「We stayed at the end of their season. The staff was friendly and fun. The bed was great and it was a one of a kind experience. Thank you Willow (cook) for the dinner, it was delicious. The swimming hole, though cold was so much fun and freeing. The Labyrinth needed some trimming to be more easily utilized. The artist porch was fun. 「We were so pleased were our stay! Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful in any of our needs. We stayed two nights for a softball tournament and it was just what we needed for a great price! We were able to see and check the room over beforehand. Mattresses were extremely clean and comfortable! Would stay again!」
