「Rude staff - we requested an hour late check out - the lady who checked us in was very sweet and polite and said we can check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am -the next day we informed housekeeping when she was knocking at 10.50 that we have a late check out. She said she wasn’t aware and will let front desk know - the lady at the front desk called us and she was so rude - I explained to her we were told we had 12 pm checkout and she was arguing on that - I asked her to confirm with the other lady...

「The property is an older hotel built back in the 60's, it has recently been updated w newer furnishings. It is a basic hotel, 2 story, no pool or lobby. It does have drink / vending machines and ice machines on each level. Each room has a private balcony w a view overlooking the lake.
