「My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there」

「Property is going through renovations but you would never know it. Never heard construction workers. The staff was very accommodating. Beds are awesome! I highly recommend them.」

「I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean. 「Check in was seamless. I was booked from Friday to Sunday. The next day for some reason my key as well as my friends key to her room stopped working at noon. When we went downstairs to get the issue fixed there was no one at the desk. We stayed and waited for over 30 minutes and no one came. We ended up leaving. We came back hours later, and waited another 30 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. There is a paper that sits on the desk that says “if no one is at the desk please call this...

「Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.」
