「This hotel was amazing! Probably the cleanest bathroom I have seen. We saw the housekeeper scrubbing the bathroom tiles on their hand and knees. You should be very proud of your staff」

「Friendly staff and atmosphere. Family run and very helpful. Unique rooms and clean facilities. Simple breakfast and coffee included. I’ll happily stay here again on my next trip.」

「The WiFi router was in someone’s room and they kept unplugging it. The bed was a full, not a queen. No coffee in the room.」

「Super clean and well worth the 40 minute drive from Route 80! I'm so tired of staying in hotels that are essentially the hotel good enough. This place didn't have any holes in the walls, no patches on the walls, no dings or dents in the wood. The bedding was perfect, and it was quiet. Not run by people who feel that simply good enough is worth $100. No pets are allowed though so leave Fido at home. But this place is pristine and the Staff is second to none! Worth the extra drive.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. There was no front desk clerk. It was done by remote kiosk, which I thought was weird. The hotel was super quiet because I think there were only 2 guests. It was an off season.」

「There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working 」
