「Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was nice.」

「Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment of the stay. Same thing every morning and not much of a selection. Bagels were stale and it just wasn’t good. Room was kinda clean but for some reason all drains were not in and just laying next to the sink and in the tub. Staff was nice. Indoor pool was good. 」

「Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. 」

「After the sighting of numerous amount of bed bugs in the first room I was checked into, I didn’t feel comfortable eating breakfast there. I went and brought my own cleaning supplies for the second room I was given just to be on the safe side. The staff was very friendly. 」
