「We enjoyed a quick over night trip to Deadwood and always enjoy our stay at the Lodge」

「Nice n Quit-We always stay there when going to deadwood」

「This hotel is located on the main road, on the east side, headed out of town. It is in a fairly large casino complex that shares entrances with the casinos as well as the Doubletree inn. Unfortunately, the nights that we stayed at the property. There were Boxelder bugs present in the hallways, as well as in our rooms. In addition, they were also found in the breakfast area. It was a major inconvenience, and although we were told the bugs were not harmful, it grossed us out. I killed a lot of...

「We enjoyed our overnight at Spearfish Canyon Lodge very much. If I had 1 thing to critique, it would be that there are no elevators. I know its only 2 levels of rooms but the stairs were brutal.」

「Clean room. Clean place. Great fireplace. Dislike was you had to pay to have breakfast! For staying there and the cost of the rooms it should of been free!」

「We really liked the location, staff, and Breakfast, But I am wondering why they never received my first payment to reserve the room when I went online through Expedia to make my reservation? When we checked out the front desk told us they never received a payment of any kind down that I was charged and paid for? We ended up paying the same total amount of the entire stay? Please refund me back $159.89 I have the paperwork I received from the day I reserved? Where do I go to get my overpayment...

「Everything was good, clean and the majority of staff were pleasant.」

It looked okay when you walked in the door, but when we actually settled in, things were noticeable. The bathroom only had 2 kleenex (I have allergies) Trip to the front desk for more. The lounge chair had papers sticking out from under the cushion that were definitely not ours. Obviously, the cleaner had not cleaned the chair recently. Used t he toilet. Only 1/4 roll of paper in the...

「We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of hot and cold options. One of the best features was the indoor pool and hot tub, which were available 24/7. The location was also very convenient, right off I-90 at Exit 32, with easy access to local attractions. You can tell the property is under new management and making...
