We travel with our sin for a sports tournament it was near the college where we played and very cozy and nice. The hot tub and private entry along with fenced yard were nice. We had everything we needed in this rental.

Comfy cottage!

Very comfy and well stocked cottage! The hot tub was an added bonus. If we had been prepared and had more time, we would have used the fire pit also! Would highly recommend!

It was a cute cottage with a private yard. Great location in Spearfish. Enjoyed the 2-person hottub in the evenings. Just enough space for what we needed. Easy to use access code sent morning of arrival. Very minor..we could not find a toaster...but appreciated the hair dryer as i forgot mine!!! Would stay again without question.

Property was perfect for me and my wife and what we needed for our visit to Spearfish, the only drawback was the shower being a little small but not that big a deal would definitely use again if in the area again. Homeowners were very responsive and made it a very easy check in and check out.

Very nice, clean property. We hung out by the fire pit after cooking steaks on the grill. We made smores over the fire. We had some time in the hot tub which was very relaxing. Overall it was a good stay. The owner was very responsive to our messages. Would recommend staying here!

Very nice studio space with full kitchen that was perfect for two. Walkable to bars and restaurants and great outdoor space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Jackie the owner was easy to work with and extremely responsive. Will definitely stay again if we return to this beautiful area.

Perfect studio for two

Great little studio. Very clean very well organized and some nice extras. TV had a great choice of channels; local, free movie and cable Channels. There was no staff because this is a tiny house converted garage. It was easy to find and the privacy was very nice. Jackie, The property manager, was helpful and friendly.
