「It was great! 」

「The staff were very friendly. Walls were thin and were heard every door open and shut throughout the night. I didn’t sleep much because it was just so noisy. Only 1 towel in the bathroom. Curtains didn’t cover the window completely so you woke up when the sun came up. It’s definitely in need of some updating. Room was clean though. For the price, the stay was ok. We only needed the room for 1 night. If I was staying longer, I think I’d look elsewhere. 」

「The front desk clerk was polite, courteous, and professional. Check-in was done expeditiously and without difficulty. I was issued a room and key and within minutes directed to its location. This type of service is important when you’ve been driving for many hours. 」

「All staff was wonderful but I believe her name was Tiffany and she made accommodations to allow us to check in a few hours early. She heard our young son crying in and background after I told her we have been in the car for many hours. She was so understanding and made our first impression of the hotel extremely positive. Just great hospitality overall. We checked in 11/8 so if I got the name wrong please look at the date to see who was working. Thank you again! 」
