「Very small bathroom area with poor lighting. No explanation what to do with dirty towels and garbage. Had to call a remote number to report anything. Tub hazardous and small with no rubber mat Had to use a towel so we didn't slip. TV didn't work when we got there but it was promptly replaced. Staff was pleasant. Just not what we expected for the money.」

「Basic room. One overhead light. One lamp. Poor lighting overall. Basic bed on frame with no headboards. Basic amenities in room (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and nothing else). Refrigerator in room. WiFi was very slow.」

「There were rarely any services but alternately it was very quiet and peaceful. The environment was great and cozy. One of the obvious insanity point was that the towels had dirty spots on them. 」

「The cabin was actually a cute little lodging. It was an individual structure surrounded by other similar cabins. It had the basic amenities; one queen bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning unit, and two desks. It had a small half closet for hanging up clothes. The bathroom was stocked with the essentials; toilet paper, tissue and towels, and hair dryer. It was comfortable and clean.」

「The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south.」

「We loved out stay at Betsie Riverside Resort! The cabin was so clean! Not just clean for a cabin with a wooden stairway down to river right outside the door, but clean for a nice hotel. The unit was outfitted very efficiently with things like extra blankets, kitchen items etc. The love seat recliner was not new, but it was amazing! The leather so soft and comfy. It was not buggy, so we did not use the screened- in porch of Cabin 6. Very helpful & attentive owners who want your stay...
