「The room was larger than normal and the king size bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and having onsite parking was comforting but the airconditioner was noisy and the bathroom, newly renovated was not ery clean, mold in corner of shower etc.」

They sent me an “upgrade” to 20 Simpson crescent Hallam, a further 15 minutes to our daily commute. This replacement property was the most run down terrible property I have ever stayed in EVER. It was full of spiders and bugs inside, very old property, yard areas are an absolute mess, random bricks laying in the driveway, no gardening been done for a very long time....
