"We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”. Dinner was a wonderful experience as well, prepared by the staff and cooked to finish by us right next to the tent. My only comment is to note that the private bath is only for 1h, but the shared bath was very close to the tent and very clean and convenient."

"チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底していただき たい。"
