"This property is nothing like the description or photos on Expedia. When challenged at check in the properties management stated that the descriptions were those of Expedia not of their own!! This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand! The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. "Loved my first stay here. Normally I stay at Crowne Plaza in Nairobi as I travel to Africa several times a year for business. This hotel was a pleasant change. It’s close to the airport, super clean, and buffet rivals Crowne. I had 9 students traveling with me, but the check-in process was amazingly smooth with Beth showing competence, courteousness, and patience. I hope to return here and will recommend this hotel to business associates. "

"We've stayed here twice. Both times for a brief layover. The first was only for a few hours and staff work us up early by mistake. We are satisfied how the management dealt with the issue. Regardless, the design of the flooring transmits noises from above very easily so in both our stays we could hear the people in the unit above us as they moved around. It didn't wake us up, but when we were awake it bothered us."

"Really like the look and feel of this hotel. Have stayed here before when in Nairobi. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food consistently good. I feel like the food is a bit overpriced but it is definitely good and good portions. The alcoholic beverages are quite reasonable though with the exception of the wine. A glass of wine is very expensive and overpriced. A great experience overall "
