「Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)」

「My room was clean and spacious and had lovely view of the river. Buffet breakfast was excellent, particularly enjoyed the fresh honey and apple butter. Reception staff were helpful in arranging trip to Altai Mountains 」
