At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly.」

「We called the front desk for daily water and toilet paper supply starting from the morning. After the fifth times call and compliant, it finally brought us by the front desk instead of room service. And only one bottle of water and one toilet paper was delivered around 18:00pm.」
