Edit: This is my 2nd stay in this property. The exceptional staff named 菊地 sure knows how to read my mind when I asked her for assistance! When I am back in Obihiro, I will definitely come back again. Car park wise, there are guide (from the pamphlets) make sure you ask the staff where you are located at and also use Google Translate!"

"We enjoyed this hotel on a stopover to Shiretoko. Our tatami room was comfortable. The outside bar is worth a visit. The breakfast buffet is extensive. We went to the sushi restaurant nearby so can’t comment on the dinner at the hotel. "

The parking attendant was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. Great service and nice stay overall. Love the ramen always, yogurt drinks and ice cream. "Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!"
