「Visually the hotel is stunning, hotel staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two elevators for six floors and wait times were 2 to 6 minutes to get up to your room fourth floor. My wife was trapped in the bathroom immediately upon arrival she physically could not open the slider door because it had come off the rail. It is a solid wood door, so I had to physically pick it up off the ground and open the door for her.. We called the desk and the staff was up in 10 minutes and fixed it...

「Room was clean and breakfast was good. Suggestion - put more than 2 bathing towels in the bathroom.」

「Great Place」

「Lots of potential but not a good value. No room or maid service, no spa. No place to hang clothes in a suite. Poor customer service, not ADA friendly. Its a 2 star hotel advertising itself as a 4 star spa resort」

「Next time I go to Wichita, I will be staying there. Everything was great. Good price!」

「Staff was very professional and kind. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Only complaint would be that the bathroom is tiny!」

「First impression was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are easy to locate. Lots of guests were in the dining/bar area when we arrived and the vibe was good and bustling. Room was clean and stocked. Our two sons slept on the couch bed and everyone slept well and comfortably. Snack options, hot beverages and breakfast service were top notch. 「The room was clean but the bathroom shower/toilet area was really small. Check-in was very fast & easy. The light over the vanity did not always work and the lights near the bed on the wall did not work. We reported them but they were not repaired during our stay. Breakfast was good and they do have food to order in the evenings. Most disappointing was that the lady at the desk told they would do an express service on the room when i asked for clean towels but nobody ever showed up. ???」

「This property has been the best I've stayed in by far. The staff were great and very helpful. Maria on the front desk was amazing.」

「早餐很好，通向酒店的路不太好找。」
