「The residence is nice with great views of the lake and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our one recommendation would be to provide better basic essentials in the kitchen area. A large frying pan or cooking griddle would have been very helpful, and we actually bought and left a few kitchen scratch scrubbers for cleaning pots and pans. 」

「Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities.
