「Room was clean & fresh, up to date, modern & nice & warm, everything you needed for our stay. Had all the kitchen items needed to make a good breakfast, only one negative not much work counter, but managed. Bed nice & big (king size), very comfortable. Staff very helpful, especially Vicky who help book our coach for the airport. Would recommend this place as close to all amenities. 「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room.
