「The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience. Onsen was very nice.」

「It is my 2nd time to stay at Sunroute Chiba Nice and helpful staff with good amenities, its really silent at the night time, that's awesome Excellent location with dining options around, will stay again on next trip」

「Excellent for work purposes. 2 minutes walk to main station with rapid service to most of the area. Located at the very edge of the red light district in town.」

「Would be great if children amenity can be provided, such as toothbrush and in-room slippers.」

「The facilities a bit old fashioned. 」
