「This is my 5th or 6th time to stay at Hotel Settles. It's a perfect half way point between Dallas and Big Bend. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant has good food. And the rooms feel luxurious despite not being luxury prices. I've already got plans to be back in May.」

「Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️」

「The staff was extremely helpful if I needed anything. They even made coffee for me in the morning before I left to work, which was always around 4 o’clock in the morning.」

「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」
