「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「The staff was very nice from the time we checked in to ordering food from the restaurant, which was absolutely amazing to the bartender and her conversation and her cocktails. The rooms were spacious and clean and the theme of the hotel was very cute and I would recommend this for families with children or just a girls trip which we did. 」
