「Room was great. Food was good although menu a little limited. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did have issue with fridge that was reported and checked during the stay but wasn't fixed. Overall a good relaxed break.」

「Hotel is all about location - stunning views and ideal for exploring result of beautiful Alderney. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists. Room well equipped and comfortable - once had window restraints removed (otherwise very hot as no aircon). Noise from people on terrace below, which is understandable but be aware if booking Seaview room, and staff from Divers Bar, owned by hotel, noisily throwing empty bottles into bins after bar shut. Not impressed...

「I've stayed here several times over the past 13 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well kept with extras you might not expect in 3 star. The big attraction is the outdoor dining area overlooking Cobo Bay where you can watch the sunset while eating delicious food that's always immaculately prepared. Extensive food and drink menu. Several bus routes nearby. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the bay.」

「Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.」

「Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the standard of food was good. Location was good, on the outskirts of the port but easy to walk and buses frequent. Ample parking onsite.」
