「All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The service was great too. The hotel is in a gorgeous quiet spot surrounded by trees with beautiful gardens. It's conveniently located for St. Peter Port, either to walk the cliff path or use local buses. I have coeliac disease and the care taken with making sure I had gluten free food was very good, I really appreciate this. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant which is open Tuesday to Saturday. 「Although very early arrival we were warmly welcomed with coffee and a builder's tea!! Room was ready too. The whole duration of our stay was excellent. All staff, however busy were always willing to help, starting from Jamie - the owner, who set an excellent example to his team. Richard too made sure all visitors were looked after. 「We had a great 3 day get away. Well located in St Peter’s Port. If you are getting the bus from the airport, there are buses, but it is an up hill walk. However a taxi was £17. Great menu with daily specials. Service and staff were great. 」
