「Condition of room was terrible. Laminate floor was damaged. Trim on bed headboards was missing with nails sticking out. Toilet paper dispenser was rusty. Cigarette burns on bed spreads. We booked a king bed but were put in a queen room with no possibility to change. TV did not work (coax was ripped out of wall). Bathtub was painted and paint was peeling off. Bathroom light fixture was falling off ceiling. Holes in walls. Light switch covers falling off wall. List goes on. Was a...
